Acer Has a Scooter Now with the Predator ES Storm Pro

Acer Takes to the Streets with the Predator ES Storm Pro

Urban riders looking for a tougher way to get around have a new option on the horizon. Acer has pulled the curtain back on the Predator ES Storm Pro, a scooter designed to handle rougher city streets rather than just smooth pavement.

At the core of the new model is a 48V electrical system driving a rear motor. While it runs at a standard 500W, it can push a peak output of 1200W when riders need extra acceleration. That power is paired with a battery capable of covering up to 60km on a single charge, making it viable for long-distance city travel without constant recharge anxiety.

Acer has focused heavily on stability for this release. The scooter rides on 10-inch tubeless tyres supported by a full suspension system and traction control, a setup intended to manage wet roads and bumps better than standard commuter models. It also features an IPX5 water-resistance rating and a folding aluminium frame for storage.

Since it carries the “Predator” gaming branding, visual flair is part of the package. It features RGB lighting that doubles as turn signals and brake lights. Riders can manage these lights, check range stats, and digitally lock the vehicle through the Acer eMobility app. There is also a dedicated slot for users to hide their own smart tags for tracking purposes.

Pricing and Release

The Predator ES Storm Pro is scheduled to launch in the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) during the first quarter of 2026.

It carries a retail price of EUR 629, which is approximately RM2,994 at current exchange rates. Local availability for Malaysia has not yet been detailed.
