PN17 Listed Pimpinan Ehsan May Face Suspension And De-Listing

Pimpinan Ehsan Berhad has announced that it has received a Notice to Show Cause from Bursa Malaysia, following the regulator’s decision to reject the company’s latest request for an extension of time to comply with listing requirements.

In a filing, PEB said the notice, dated 16 October 2025, was issued and had been given five market days, until 24 October 2025, to submit its written representations.

PEB confirmed that it will be making its written representations to Bursa within the stipulated timeframe.

The latest development follows an earlier announcement on 24 September 2025, where the company had sought additional time to complete its regularisation plan aimed at addressing its Practice Note 17 (PN17) status.

PEB, which has been classified as a PN17 company due to financial distress, has been working to regularise its condition in order to maintain its listing status. Bursa’s rejection of the extension suggests heightened scrutiny of PEB’s progress and compliance with the exchange’s requirements.
