Keyfield Completes RM152 Million Vessel Sale To Brunei’s Petro Laut
Keyfield International Berhad informed that it has successfully finalised the disposal of its “Keyfield Compassion” (CPS) vessel, marking the completion of a major asset rotation strategy first announced in late 2025.
The offshore accommodation specialist confirmed that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Keyfield Resolute Sdn Bhd, received the full cash consideration of USD 36.8 million (approximately RM152 million) from the buyer, Petro Laut Sdn Bhd.
The vessel, a six-year-old Dynamic Positioning 2 (DP2) accommodation workboat, was officially delivered on February 20, 2026.
