HUAWEI Malaysia adds Maxis eSIM support to the WATCH 5 and WATCH Ultimate 2 smartwatches
HUAWEI Malaysia has updated its smartwatch range, adding Maxis eSIM support to the WATCH 5 and WATCH Ultimate 2 to enable users make calls, send messages, and access mobile data directly from the smartwatch.
To begin with, this new update lets users share their primary mobile number and data between their smartphone and smartwatch via the Maxis eSIM Connect Plan, ensuring uninterrupted calls, messages, and mobile data even without the phone nearby. Thanks to that, the smartwatch can operate independently for greater convenience and mobility in everyday use.
In conjunction with this update, both HUAWEI WATCH 5 and WATCH Ultimate 2 are now available through Maxis Postpaid at more affordable monthly rates, with a three-month waiver on the Maxis Connect Plan.
The promotion applies to new and existing Maxis customers purchasing the watches with the plan at participating stores, while existing HUAWEI eSIM smartwatch owners can also sign up for the plan.

- 36 Months Plan — RM31/mth
