Bursa Malaysia starts CEO succession process
Malaysia’s stock exchange Bursa Malaysia Bhd has confirmed that its board is working on the succession process for the role of CEO following reports regarding the possible departure of Muhamad Umar Swift.
The company said it has a talent development and succession plan that considers candidates from both internal and external sources.
The board, via its nomination and remuneration committee, is currently overseeing this process.
