A new digital banking platform offered by YTL Digital Capital Sdn Bhd and Sea Limited has officially begun operations and it is called the Ryt Bank.
The bank received its due regulatory approval on December 20 last year thanks to the Ministry of Finance (MoF) granting them the digital banking license to run the business.
Not only will the platform be offering advanced AI-powered features from swift and seamless onboarding to everyday transactions all within a personalized experience, they are also looking to foster local talent with the proper skill set to operate these innovative solutions.
At the core of this innovation is Ryt AI, a personalized, AI-driven private banker designed to simplify banking processes, provide tailored financial insights, and manage sophisticated savings strategies. Ryt AI also offers 24/7 support, ensuring a swift, efficient, and seamless customer experience.
The platform’s advanced fund transfer feature enables users to complete transfers effortlessly with a single text input. Supporting multiple languages, this functionality caters to a diverse customer base and ensures accessibility for all.
Ryt Bank also places a strong emphasis on security and transparency. With advanced encryption, multi-layer security measures, biometric face-matching verification, real-time fraud monitoring, and PIDM protection of up to RM250,000 per depositor, the bank prioritizes customer trust. And of course, no hidden fees.
