TXCD Berhad Awarded RM85 Million Sub-Contract Work By Vestland
TXCD Berhad (formerly known as Ageson Berhad) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ageson Kensetsu Sdn Bhd, has accepted a letter of award (LOA) from Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd for sub-contract works.
The project involves the supply, delivery, construction, completion, testing, and commissioning of superstructure works for a tower block and infrastructure works at PT 44, Jalan SS16/1, Bandar Subang Jaya, Daerah Petaling, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
The total contract sum for the sub-contract works is a fixed price of RM85,477,137.00.
Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd, the main contractor, is a company involved in construction work, with its business address at Level 20, Subplace Boulevard, Pusat Komersil Vestland, No. 6, Jalan Juruanalisis U1/35, Seksyen U1, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan. The directors of VRSB are Datuk Liew Foo Heen and Wong Sai Kit.
