Tuju Setia Berhad announced that it had secured a RM264.0 million contract from MKH Berhad boosting its overall order book to RM2.1 billion.
The Letter of Award was receive from Danau Saujana Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary company of MKH, appointing the group as the main contractor for Residensi Naluri, a high-rise apartment in Makhota Cheras.
Construction is set to span 34 months, with the commencement date to be finalised soon. The latest contract marks the Group’s first project win in 2025 and the second project awarded by MKH, after Jernih Residence. The Group has a solid project pipeline, with earnings visibility till 2028.
