Samsung opens new Experience Store at KLGCC Mall
So, the new KLGCC Mall at Bukit Kiara was soft-launched last week, and as expected for a big tech brand, Samsung Malaysia is now part of the complex through the opening of the latest Samsung Experience Store.
As usual, it is lined with various demo units of Galaxy products from smartphones and wearables to tablets and accessories. But there’s more, such as the Samsung Live Space that hosts workshops and experiential sessions to showcase the power of Galaxy AI and Gemini, helping users discover smarter ways to work, create, and connect.
Inside the store is also the Samsung Store+ digital kiosk platform that offers the online “menu” where customers can place orders within the store with the help of staff for an informed purchase, even if said products are not available physically at that time. One can also arrange home delivery service for a frictionless, future-ready shopping journey.
To mark the opening, shoppers can enjoy exclusive deals on Galaxy devices and accessories starting November 15, 2025.
