Samsung Launches Samsung Galaxy Tab A11 Series in Malaysia
Samsung has launched the Samsung Galaxy Tab A11 and Galaxy Tab A11+ in Malaysia, bringing a refreshed design, smoother performance, and long-term software support to its affordable Galaxy A Series tablet lineup.
Designed for everyday browsing, streaming, and light productivity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A11 series focuses on practical upgrades that improve daily use without pushing prices into premium territory.
The Galaxy Tab A11+ delivers an 18 percent boost in application processor performance compared to the previous generation and is available with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage. The standard Galaxy Tab A11 offers configurations of up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage for reliable everyday tasks.
Both tablets support microSD expansion of up to 2TB, allowing users to easily add storage for apps, videos, and documents.
Both models feature a 90Hz display for smoother scrolling and viewing, paired with Dolby Atmos audio. The Galaxy Tab A11 uses dual speakers, while the Galaxy Tab A11+ includes a quad-speaker setup for a more immersive sound experience.
Battery life is designed to last through a full day of use, with the Galaxy Tab A11+ equipped with a 7,040mAh battery and 25W fast charging support.
Running Android 16 with One UI 8 out of the box, the Galaxy Tab A11+ supports the latest Samsung DeX with improved multitasking features. It also includes AI-powered tools such as Gemini and Circle to Search with Google, alongside 5G connectivity.
The Galaxy Tab A11 brings added productivity tools to the A Series, including the Math Solver feature in Samsung Notes.
Samsung is offering up to seven generations of software updates for both tablets, backed by Samsung Knox security for long-term protection.
Pricing and availability
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A11 and Galaxy Tab A11+ are available in Malaysia from 9 January 2026 in Grey and Silver.
The Galaxy Tab A11 WiFi is priced at RM499 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage model, and RM599 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB variant. The Galaxy Tab A11 LTE with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at RM699.
Samsung has yet to announce local pricing for the Galaxy Tab A11+.
