Nextgreen Global Secures RM50 Million Working Capital Facility From Bank Rakyat
Nextgreen Global Bhd has strengthened its financial position with the acceptance of a RM50 million Working Capital Financing-i (WCF-i) facility from Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad (Bank Rakyat), aimed at supporting its ongoing operations and expansion initiatives.
Nextgreen Managing Director Datuk Lim Thiam Huat said the Shariah-compliant Tawarruq-structured facility will be used for general working capital needs, including operational funding, procurement, and business growth across the group’s integrated green technology ecosystem.
“With a revolving tenure of up to five years, the facility provides flexibility to manage liquidity in line with the group’s growth trajectory,” he said, adding that this RM50 million facility enables the group to optimise working capital management and execute strategic plans within the Green Technology Park.
