NEXG Appoints Former Police Commissioner Dato Ramli To Board
NEXG Berhad (NEXG) has announced the appointment of Dato’ Ramli bin Din as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective today. The 64-year-old brings over 35 years of high-level experience in national security and law enforcement to the company’s board.
Dato’ Ramli is a highly decorated veteran of the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), where he served from 1987 until his retirement in 2022 as a Commissioner of Police.
Throughout his three-decade tenure, Dato’ Ramli held several of the most critical command and policy-making positions within the Malaysian police force. His leadership roles spanned across state and federal levels.
NEXG Berhad noted that Dato’ Ramli’s appointment is expected to significantly bolster the board’s oversight capabilities.
