New vivo X300 and X300 Pro Debut with High-Resolution 200MP ZEISS Optics
vivo Introduces vivo X300 Series, Emphasising Advanced Camera Technology
vivo officially announced its new flagship smartphone line, the vivo X300 series. The release, which marks the company’s 30th anniversary, includes two models, the vivo X300 Pro and vivo X300, both featuring high-resolution 200-megapixel camera systems co-engineered with ZEISS.

The X300 Pro is equipped with a 200MP ZEISS APO super telephoto camera that utilises a 1/1.4-inch HPB sensor, an f/2.67 aperture, and CIPA 5.5-rated image stabilisation. The main camera on the Pro model incorporates a 1/1.28-inch Sony LYT-828 sensor with an f/1.57 aperture and gimbal-level stabilisation.

The standard vivo X300 model features a 200MP ZEISS main camera, which uses the same 1/1.4-inch HPB sensor found in the Pro’s telephoto system. It is paired with an f/1.68 aperture and CIPA 4.5-rated stabilisation. The device’s telephoto camera has also received ZEISS APO certification.
Both devices are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 platform, supplemented by vivo’s V3+ imaging chip. According to the company, the X300 Pro achieved a benchmark score of over 4.1 million on AnTuTu under room temperature conditions. The phones will run on vivo’s new OriginOS 6.

In terms of physical design, the X300 Pro features a 6.78-inch display and a body that is 7.99mm thick. The X300 is positioned as a more compact option, with a 6.31-inch screen, a thickness of 7.95mm, and a weight of 190g. Battery capacities are listed as 6510 mAh for the X300 Pro and 6040 mAh for the X300.
Shared hardware features across the series include an IP68 and IP69 rating for dust and water resistance, support for 4K 120fps video recording, and 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanners.
