So Kingston has launched something pretty handy for anyone who’s tired of juggling cables whenever they need to move files around. It’s called the Dual Portable SSD, and it’s basically a solid-state drive built into a sleek, flash drive-style metal body that plugs directly into either USB-A or USB-C ports.
That means you can hop between laptops, desktops, phones, and tablets without adapters, and with USB 3.2 Gen 2 speeds hitting up to 1,050MB/s read and 950MB/s write, it’s more than fast enough for big projects, high-res photos or even 4K video.
