New JBL Grip ultra portable speaker lands in Malaysia at RM599
JBL Malaysia has officially brought in the new JBL Grip Bluetooth speaker, packing a compact yet powerful driver inside for all music vibing sessions.
It keeps things small on the outside but surprisingly bold on the inside, delivering a punchy 16W output powered by AI Sound Boost for deeper bass and cleaner performance, and you can even pair two units for stereo or link multiple speakers through Auracast for a wider, more immersive setup.
It’s also built for people who are always on the move, thanks to an integrated rope hook that makes it easy to clip onto backpacks, bikes, or kayaks. You also get a customizable ambient light on the back that you can tweak through the JBL Portable app to match your playlist on the fly.
As for battery life, it is rated up to 12 hours, or up to 14 hours with Playtime Boost, which fine-tunes the speaker for louder, crisper output.

The JBL Grip is priced at RM599 and comes in colors of Black, White, Purple, Red, Blue, and Squad.
