Muhibbah Engineering To Sell Offshore Supply Vessel For RM74 Million
Muhibbah Engineering has entered into a protocol of delivery and acceptance contract for the sale of an offshore supply vessel for a total consideration of approximately US$18 million (about RM74 million).
The group said its wholly owned subsidiary, Muhibbah O&G Sdn Bhd, signed the contract on 17 December 2025 with a service company in Southeast Asia. The buyer will acquire one offshore supply vessel built by the Muhibbah group.
The company said the transaction is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2026, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
Muhibbah Engineering noted that the sale is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets, while having no impact on its share capital or shareholding structure.
