MACC Seizes Documents From PeterLabs Offices In Raid

PeterLabs Holdings Berhad has announced that it lodged a formal report with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) on May 9, 2025, concerning its Executive Director and General Manager of Thye On Tong Trading Sdn. Bhd. (TOT), Datuk Loh Saw Foong.

The report pertains to serious allegations of misconduct, conflict of interest, and breach of fiduciary duties, which are currently under internal investigation and relate to potential violations of anti-corruption laws.

On May 19, 2025, MACC officers conducted a raid at the principal offices of PeterLabs and TOT, as well as the registered offices of both entities. ^{During the raid, MACC officers seized certain documents and files believed to be relevant to the ongoing investigation.}
