Kith And Adidas Football Kick Off A New Chapter Of Messi Style
A new football and fashion collaboration lands as Kith teams up with adidas Football and Lionel Messi on a capsule that combines performance sportswear with lifestyle design. The collection arrives alongside two milestones: 20 years since Messi’s professional debut and 15 years since Kith’s founding.
The project took over a year to develop through close collaboration between Kith founder Ronnie Fieg and Messi. Each piece was refined to reflect how the player trains, dresses and moves, while blending adidas Football’s technical expertise with Kith’s design direction.





The on-pitch range revisits key stages of Messi’s career. It includes jerseys inspired by his 2006 debut era, featuring his original number 19, alongside updated designs based on his now-iconic number 10.
The performance line also includes goalkeeper kits, gloves, tracksuits, warm-up layers, socks, a ball bag and co-branded footballs in multiple sizes. The focus stays on functional matchwear, with clear references to different phases of his development as a player.






Off the pitch, the collection shifts into tailored and street-ready pieces. It features a double-breasted suit, a short-sleeve crossover blazer with matching shorts, a washed denim set, knit polos, wool tracksuits and a leather duffle bag. Six footwear styles complete the range, combining performance influences with lifestyle silhouettes tied to Messi’s career story.
The campaign features Messi across photography and film, including a short titled The International Language of Messi. The film highlights his global recognition and how his name carries meaning across languages and cultures, supported by straightforward visuals of the collection in use.
The collection launches globally on May 29, 2026, at 11 am EST. It will be available via Kith stores and online through Kith’s website and app with releases aligned across New York, London, Paris and Tokyo time zones.
