iPhone Pocket Completely Sold Out Worldwide Following Limited Release
iPhone Pocket Sells Out Globally
Apple’s latest foray into high-fashion accessories, the “iPhone Pocket,” has officially sold out in every market where it was released, confirming the immense popularity of the limited-edition collaboration with Japanese design house ISSEY MIYAKE.
As of Tuesday, 25 November, inventory for the knitted accessory is depleted across all launch regions, including the United States, Japan, France, China, Italy, Singapore, South Korea, and the United Kingdom.
A Rapid Sell-Out

The iPhone Pocket first became available for order on 14 November. While stock vanished almost immediately in the United States, availability persisted for several days in other markets, most notably South Korea. However, recent surges in sales have cleared out the remaining supply of all sizes and colour configurations globally.
The accessory, which retailed in the U.S. between USD149.95 (~RM700) and USD229.95 (~RM1,000), was offered in two sizes, Short and Long, and a vibrant array of colours, including Lemon, Mandarin, Purple, Pink, Peacock, Sapphire, Cinnamon, and Black.
Design and Utility
The iPhone Pocket is the result of a close collaboration between Apple Design Studio and ISSEY MIYAKE. The product features a unique, singular 3D-knitted construction, drawing inspiration from ISSEY MIYAKE’s “A Piece of Cloth” concept and iconic pleated clothing.
Designed for versatility, the pouch can fully enclose an iPhone for protection or stretch to allow users to view their screen without removing the device. It was marketed as a wearable accessory that could be held, worn on the body, or tied onto bags.
Future Availability Uncertain
Because the iPhone Pocket was marketed specifically as a limited-edition accessory, we are sceptical about a restock happening anytime soon. Apple has not released any official statement regarding future production runs, leaving latecomers likely out of luck unless they turn to the resale market.
