Deleum Subsidiary Wins 6-Year Maintenance Contract From Petronas Carigali
Deleum Berhad announced that its 90%-owned subsidiary, Turboservices Sdn. Bhd. (TSSB), has accepted a Letter of Award from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd. (PCSB) for the provision of solar turbines turbomachinery maintenance services.
The contract, effective from 8 November 2025, spans six years with an option to extend for an additional three years. Under the agreement, TSSB will supply OEM-certified spare parts, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, provide troubleshooting, engineering and technical support, as well as undertake major equipment overhauls, refurbishments, repairs, and package system upgrades for Solar Turbines equipment.
Deleum expects the contract to contribute positively to its revenue, earnings, and net assets throughout the contract period. The deal will be funded through internally generated funds and does not impact Deleum’s share capital or shareholder structure.
While acknowledging potential risks such as occupational safety, execution challenges, and external political or economic factors, the Board stated that Deleum’s experience and expertise position the group well to manage these risks effectively.
As the contract falls within the ordinary course of business, no shareholder or regulatory approval is required.
