Celcom and Digi’s dedicated app is being decommissioned, with new CelcomDigi version taking over
CelcomDigi has announced they’ve finally finished the app migration and have released the CelcomDigi app that takes over the role of the previously exclusive Celcom Life and MyDigi.
This new iteration is designed around bringing the utmost convenience for a digital lifestyle, such as managing multiple lines within one dashboard interface, automating prepaid reloads, setting up roaming services before traveling, and accessing Disney+ and Viu directly from the app. Security features such as biometric login, one-device protection, and eKYC verification are also integrated to ensure a safer experience.
To make digital safety more accessible, the app includes a dedicated Safety page for scam awareness and quick incident reporting. It also offers MobileSHIELD, a subscription-based protection service starting at RM4 per month that safeguards users from scams, malicious apps, and privacy risks.
As part of the launch, CelcomDigi is offering exclusive rewards for early adopters, including 100GB of high-speed data for RM1, discounted streaming subscriptions, and 12 months of free roaming and IDD calls for postpaid users.
