Biwin @ COMPUTEX 2025: Massive lineup showing that there’s nothing they can’t store
So, Biwin made quite the impression at COMPUTEX 2025, really showing off how serious they are when it comes to memory manufacturing.
One of the highlights was their Black Opal series, which is clearly aimed at the performance crowd. This lineup features speedy DRAM and PCIe SSDs, and yes, a bunch of them come with RGB lighting to add some extra flair to custom PC builds while still delivering top-tier performance.

They’ve also locked in an official licensing deal to be the OEM for Acer and Predator-branded DIY PC components, covering both RAM and SSDs. Some of the RAM kits are part of a special collab with OCLabs, using highly binned ICs for that extra performance edge.
Of course, Biwin brought their usual offerings too, including the Amber series that’s more geared toward mobile creators who need reliable, portable storage.

But what really caught people’s attention was the Biwin Mini SSD. This thing is tiny—literally the size of a fingertip—but it’s a fully functional SSD. It’s designed with contact points on the back, so if a device’s motherboard is made with it in mind, the SSD can be directly soldered onto the board, saving space and maintaining high-speed data transfers.
If you’d rather use it as an external drive, they’ve also designed a matching enclosure. Basically, Biwin came prepared. Whether you’re a casual user or a big brand, they’ve got something for everyone when it comes to digital storage.
