Able Global Executive Chairman Discharged And Acquitted Of All Charges
Able Global Berhad (AGB) announced that its Executive Director and Executive Chairman, Ng Keng Hoe, has been discharged and acquitted of all charges by the Shah Alam Sessions Court.
The company stated that Mr. Ng was acquitted of all charges on August 7, 2025. In a statement, the company confirmed that it now considers the matter to be closed and that Ng will resume his administrative and executive functions. The announcement follows a series of previous company statements dating back to February 2025 regarding an investigation by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission.
