52nd Hong Kong Top Fair Set To Thrill Visitors As Pop & Play Theme Hits The Note


The 52nd HKTDC Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair, the 17th HKTDC Hong Kong Baby Products Fair, and the 24th Hong Kong International Stationery & School Supplies Fair are set to run concurrently from 12 to 15 January 2026 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The three events, themed ‘New Play for All’, have attracted over 2,600 exhibitors from 37 countries and regions, including first-time participants from Bangladesh, New Zealand, and Norway.The Toys & Games Fair and Baby Products Fair are organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), while the Stationery Fair is jointly organised with Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd. The fairs aim to create networking and business opportunities, fostering cross-regional trade cooperation within highly international settings.Pop & Play Pavilion Highlights IP Growth

A key highlight this year is the newly launched “Pop & Play” pavilion at the Toys & Games Fair, which features around 150 trendy Intellectual Properties (IPs) to tap into the growing “kidult” and toy collecting market. The pavilion is open to both trade buyers and the public, providing a platform for cutting-edge toy brands to connect with global business buyers and local fans.

Highlights of the “Pop & Play” pavilion include: local strong brands like B.Duck, Hot Toys, LAURA, Moshow Toys, threezero, and TUTU MOKEY. HKTCD notes several IPs will launch fair premieres and global limited-edition collectibles, including debut dolls from MOMOLAND, limited figurines from TUTU MOKEY, and a highly collectible Gudo Vinyl Figure from threezero in collaboration with the Hong Kong animated film Another World.

Renowned artists and designers like b.wing, Kenny Wong (creator of Molly), and Steven Choi (founder of Zu and Pi) will share insights through seminars and autograph sessions. A key seminar on 14 January will discuss the “Explosive Growth of IP Economy: from Local Success to Global Reach”.

There’s also interest in the sustainability and the silver population, with more than 40 exhibitors adopting the label in its debut year. ndustry Outlook and Sourcing SolutionsThe HKTDC’s Q4 2025 Export Confidence Index for the toy sector has seen a positive climb to 50.5, the highest level since Q1 last year, driven by sustained demand for sustainable products from the Middle East and Europe.In the Baby Products Fair, both the World of Strollers and Gear and ODM Strollers and Gear zones have expanded, hosting approximately 230 exhibitors.

The popular Brand Name Gallery returns to both the Toys & Games Fair and Baby Products Fair, featuring over 380 well-known global brands. Asia Toys & Games Forum: The forum, themed “Empowering the Toy Industry for Global Success,” will feature experts discussing market outlook, the global IP ecosystem, and product certification.

Speakers include representatives from Euromonitor International, The Walt Disney Company, and SGS Hong Kong Limited.To enhance sourcing, the fairs will utilise the EXHIBITION+ model, which combines the physical event with the Click2Match smart-matching platform for online business meetings, available from 5 to 22 January 2026. The Scan2Match function will also allow buyers to bookmark their favourite exhibitors and browse product information on-the-go
