ASUS Malaysia unveils refreshed ProArt P16 with Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 and RTX 5090
ASUS Malaysia has finally brought in the newly refreshed ProArt P16 laptop that packs more performance than ever for creators on the move.
The 12-core Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 brings 50 TOPS of NPU power enabling real-time AI-driven enhancements, while the dedicated GPU of either the GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU / 5090 Laptop GPU provides additional AI acceleration as well as raw performance in 4K and 8K video editing.
With support for 10-bit 4:2:2 color and AV1 Ultra High Quality encoding, creators can expect both speed and precision in post-production. The system also benefits from NVIDIA Studio optimization for enhanced stability across major creative applications.
Memory support goes up to 64GB LPDDR5X RAM and 4TB PCIe 4.0 SSD, respectively.
Another highlight is the inclusion of the Lumina Pro OLED display that features 100% DCI-P3 color coverage, Delta E < 1 color accuracy, and 1,600 nits of peak HDR brightness, making it ideal for color-critical workflows. Motion clarity and visual comfort are ensured with a 120Hz refresh rate, VRR technology, and TÜV Rheinland-certified low blue light reduction.
Despite its workstation-class hardware, the ProArt P16 maintains impressive portability at just 14.9mm thin and 1.85kg. It includes a full suite of I/O connectivity — USB4, HDMI 2.1 FRL, SD Express 7.0, and WiFi 7 — alongside the ASUS DialPad and dedicated Copilot key for creative precision and instant AI assistance.
On the AI software front, ASUS integrates exclusive tools like StoryCube and MuseTree. StoryCube intelligently manages footage from devices like GoPros, categorizing and syncing media across cloud platforms, while MuseTree allows users to generate and organize AI-assisted visual ideas directly from text prompts.
Price and Availability
The refreshed ProArt P16 lineup is now available in Malaysia, starting with the RTX 5070-powered H7606WP model at RM 12,999. The flagship variant featuring the RTX 5090 Laptop GPU (H7606WX) will be available from October 13 at RM 19,999.
