Franchise Investment Details:

• Estimated Total Investment: Approximately RM300,000.
• Breakdown:
  • Trademark Royalty Fees: RM14,000 per year.
  • Security Deposit: RM10,000.
  • Equipment: Around RM60,000.
  • Initial Stock Cost: RM40,000.
  • Renovation: Between RM100,000 and RM150,000, depending on store size.
  • Evaluation Fee: RM500 (one-time payment).

Franchisee Requirements:

• Personnel:
  • Up to three partners per franchise.
  • A full-time manager, aged between 18 and 50, must be the SSM director and oversee daily operations, spending at least four hours in-store daily for the first three months.
• Store Specifications:
  • Normal Store:
    • Usable area: ≥ 400 sq ft.
    • Door width: ≥ 13 ft.
    • Store depth: ≥ 8 ft.
    • Net floor height: ≥ 9.5 ft.
  • Kiosk:
    • Usable area: ≥ 300 sq ft.
    • Door width: ≥ 10 ft.
    • Store depth: ≥ 8 ft.
    • Net floor height: ≥ 9.5 ft.
• Utilities:
  • Adequate water supply and sewage systems.
  • Electrical requirements: At least three three-phase sockets (415V each) with a total power capacity of no less than 37 kW.

3. Personal Joining Application: Submit an application to initiate the evaluation process.

5. Store Review: Apply for a store evaluation and undergo a field assessment.
6. Agreement Signing: Formalize the partnership by signing the franchise agreement.
7. Renovation: Design and renovate the store as per Mixue’s standards.
8. Training: Complete a 6.5-day pre-opening training program for two personnel.
