Established in 2017 by Mas Mahathir and Dr. Jolynn Ch’ng, MicFront was founded with a powerful mission—to help children overcome shyness, build confidence, and master the art of public speaking.

The journey began when they witnessed how public speaking transformed a shy child into a confident emcee at school. Inspired by this change, Coach Mahathir & Coach Jolynn combined their expertise in Psychology, Counselling, and Public Speaking to create a unique learning experience that is both fun and effective.

MicFront’s impact extends beyond classrooms, having coached thousands of adults and youth across Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and beyond, equipping them with the skills to speak up with confidence.
